1- To send an e-mail

to sales.support@groupe.schmidt and ask to activate your account. If any member of the showroom is not already activated he has to do the same process

3- One of our team’s member will be in charge of your request. Each account will be created and an activation e-mail will be sent to your email address. You will need to click on the link in order to create your account.

2- In your message you have to indicate all the details:

• - Email
• - Job

4- You are ready for the Sales Support experience !

Now you can access the website https://salessupport.groupe.schmidt/fr/support/home and you are able to do your requests online.
